January 28

Today went fairly well. Here it is:

Workout: I think I was on the elliptical for 35 minutes. However, about 25 minutes into my time the electricity went out for a few minutes so I lost track. I was disappointed because I was tracking time and miles. Oh well.

Food:
- Oatmeal scone with raisins and pistachios
- 1 piece of pizza with ranch dressing, chicken and bacon (not so good, I know. But boy was it good!!!)
- 2 Cherry Kisses
- 2 Jawbreakers
- 7 layer dip and homemade tortilla chips
- Milk
- Small coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugars

Between the scone and the 7 layer dip I got at least 3 servings of fruit and vegetables.

Water: 64 oz.

I plan on going to the gym at least 4 times this week since I do not have meetings after school.

January 27

I decided I needed to make something I could eat for lunch or snacks. I searched the Internet for recipes dealing with oatmeal. I found several. I decided to make oatmeal scones but I added raisins and pistachios. I made 8 so they should last part of the week. I want to continue making things such as this to have to eat.

Today is my day off from working out.

Food:
- English muffin with 1 egg, 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese and 1 piece of ham
- 2 Oatmeal Scones with raisins and pistachios (1 serving fruit)
- 1 cup milk

- 10 Ritz crackers with vegetable spread (1 serving vegetable)
- Tangelo
- Diet Pepsi
- 1 Chicken enchilada
- Very small bowl raspberry sherbet

I ate my sherbet after 8.

Water: 64 oz.
