Today's Workout:
- Eliptical: 35 minutes, 3.93 miles, 5200 strides (148.6 strides per minute)
- Stationary Bike: 10 minutes, 3.33 miles, levels 1-3
Goals:
- Water Intake: 64 oz.
- Workout: done (3 times this week so far)
- Lose 12 pounds: again, technically 11 pounds for the GHC but really 13 pounds total
- 3-4 servings of fruit/veggies - done
- No eating after 8pm - yes, one Dove Dark Chocolate small heart
- Journal - done
Food:
- Small portion of spaghetti with sauce and 3 slices of sausage and parmesan cheese
- 1/2 garlic knot
- 3 servings of red peppers
- 1 piece of Quiche with ham, cheese, spinach, mushrooms and onions. I used egg beaters and 2 eggs
- Small Dove Dark Chocolate heart
I need to work on getting some breakfast into me. I think this would help me a lot. I also think I need to concentrate better on my eating habits. I am really not eating enough even though I am not hungry.
