Today has been ok. I struggled a bit with eating but ended up doing ok. I did not go to the gym but I did a lot of house work so I consider that a workout for today.
Water: 64 oz.
Food:
- Strawberry Special K Bar
- 10 ritz crackers with peanut butter
- 5 pergoies with a little cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 chicken and cheese enchilladas with tomatoes and lettuce (3 servings of vegetables)
- 1 Andes mints
- Cup of hot chocolate
I did not eat after 8:00
